SET was initially founded by three young partners (Simms / Endenburg / Theron) in 2003 with a combined 20 years’ experience in global recruiting. Operating initially as a CC, the company was registered as a (Pty) Ltd at the end of 2004. The consultancy now has a combined recruitment experience in excess of 40 years.
